We are thrilled to announce an exceptional achievement at the European Rowing Under 23 Championships 2024, held in Edirne, Turkey, from September 7th to 8th. Our athletes, rowing in Filippi boats, secured an astounding 74% of the total medals. This is a milestone we have rarely reached in our history, and it underscores the trust and performance that rowers place in our boats.
Outstanding Medal Results
Out of 55 medals awarded during the event, 41 were won by athletes competing in Filippi boats. Here’s a breakdown of the results:
- 15 Gold Medals out of 19 races
- 14 Silver Medals out of 19 races
- 12 Bronze Medals out of 17 races
Despite often winning over half the medals in international competitions, achieving such a high percentage—74%—is a rare and significant feat for us. This success highlights the dedication of the athletes and the performance of our boats.
Romanian Federation’s Dominance
We are particularly proud of the incredible performance by the Romanian Rowing Federation, which dominated the competition by winning 9 gold medals out of the 19 awarded. Their outstanding achievement demonstrates their prowess on the water, and we are honored that they chose Filippi boats for this momentous occasion.

Our congratulations extend to all the nations that reached the podium. In total, 11 countries and 5 Individual Neutral Athletes crews trusted Filippi Boats to achieve their victories. These results reflect the commitment, skill, and excellence of the athletes and the performance of our boats.
